About Minnesota Phone Directory

Phone numbers in Minnesota are spread across systems that were never built to work together. The state runs an employee directory. Every county runs a separate one. Cities, school districts, utilities, hospitals, and the courts each publish their own, and the area codes are documented by NANPA and the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission. Finding one number often means opening five websites. This site exists to shorten that, by pointing you straight at the directory, area-code reference, or hotline that actually holds what you need.

Why We Built This Site

Minnesota keeps its phone information in a lot of unconnected places. The state white pages covers people on state payroll and nobody else. Counties handle sheriffs, public health, property records, and social services on their own sites. Minneapolis runs a full 311 center while most other cities route calls through a switchboard or a clerk. Saint Paul Public Schools publishes thousands of staff records, and the University of Minnesota keeps its central people search behind the campus network. Add eight area codes, the 2024 overlay in the south, and the federal references that sit behind all of it, and the picture gets crowded fast. We pull the lookup tools, contact methods, and reference data together in one place.
